Going premium and getting more use out of my domain

I've been teasing quite a bit on this blog that I would end up going with the premium plan so that I can access the additional features of Pagecord. However, that's not to say that I was unhappy with what the free version provides. It has everything you need for a blog. Heck, the fact that I have been posting so much already is testament to that.

It was partly because I was posting so much that it seemed worthwhile to "pay up". The other big part was that as I recently revived (rather than effectively leave dormant) my domain I wanted to create a subdomain to accompany it and have this microblog be associated with it.

The process of linking my Pagecord with my domain provider was the easiest experience I've had so far (the only exception being when I helped someone with a domain for WordPress that was also purchased from WordPress). Now everything is nice and neat. Ready for future quick blogging.

Plus, going forwards you can now get a weekly digest of my posts via email. Given the format of this blog - which I refer to as a microblog due to its relatively shorter length than my other blog this is appropriate.

The only thing so far I would like added to Pagecord is the option to change the background and text colour. Then I would match this one up with my others. Otherwise, the "limited" design options is a real plus.
